On the 15th and 16th of February the XVI Nicaraguan Congress of the Milk Sector organized by the Nicaraguan Chamber of the Milk Sector (CANISLAC) was held, which included the participation of dairy experts from Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico , Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
